Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before using Auup ("us," "we," or "our") SAAS platform. This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of Auup.

By accessing or using Auup, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of the Agreement, you may not use Auup.

Use of Auup

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. By using Auup, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

License: Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Auup for your personal or commercial use.

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using Auup:

  • Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Interfering with the security or integrity of Auup or its users' data.
  • Using Auup to transmit or store harmful or malicious code, viruses, or malware.
  • Accessing or attempting to access accounts, systems, or networks without authorization.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of Auup.
  • Engaging in any activity that could impair or disrupt the performance of Auup or its infrastructure.

Intellectual Property

Ownership: Auup and its content, including but not limited to software, designs, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned or licensed by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Auup or its content without our prior written consent.

Feedback: If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding Auup ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, adapt, and incorporate the Feedback into Auup without any obligation or compensation to you.

Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information while using Auup.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Auup is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that Auup will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. Your use of Auup is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Auup, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of Auup or any violation of this Agreement.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Auup at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or revise this Agreement at any time, with or without notice. The most current version will be available on Auup. By continuing to use Auup after any revisions, you agree to be bound by the updated terms and conditions.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Auup regarding your use of Auup, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
